FOUND THE HIMALAYAN SALT RECIPE  (no claims)

It popped up on another "recipe" site....

Pink Salt Trick Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup filtered water

4 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (optional)

2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)

Instructions:

In a glass jar, combine 4 tablespoons of pink Himalayan salt with 1/2 cup of filtered water. Leave a little space at the top of the jar.

Seal the jar with a non-metal lid (glass or BPA-free plastic is best). Let it sit at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours. The salt will dissolve into the water, forming what’s called “sole water.

Each morning, add 1 teaspoon of the sole water (or 1/2 to 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt if not using sole) to an 8–12 oz glass of filtered, room-temperature water.

If desired, mix in 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and/or a few drops of lemon juice for extra benefits and a flavor boost.

For a touch of sweetness, stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey.

Stir the mixture well and sip slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes:

Always use pink Himalayan salt, not pink curing salt (which contains nitrates and is unsafe for drinking).

Store the sole solution in a sealed glass or BPA-free plastic container at room temperature.

Do not exceed 1 teaspoon of pink salt per day.

This drink may not be suitable for individuals with kidney issues, high blood pressure, or those on a low-sodium diet—consult your doctor if unsure.

This is not a quick-fix detox or weight loss solution but can support hydration and healthy habits when used consistently.

1 teasp of salt is more salt than recommended in a daily diet. Completely dangerous for those with hypertension, kidney issues, obesity, heart failure.

This pink salt has no health benefits that I know of. Just another thing to get people to buy things.

Please please please. Scam ads all over YouTube and YouTube doesn’t care. Fake AI generated Oprah ( she even sounds ridiculous if you listen closely to her words). Look closely and it’s NOT her. There is another version of the scam ad with an AI version of Robin Roberts.

Do people really think there is a miracle pink salt diet? “Lose 30 pounds in 2 weeks!” “My husband begged me to stop because I was losing so much weight.”

Is this the himalayan pink salt dissolved in  water with fresh

lemon ? I remember reading about it on pinterest: dissolved salt crystals in filtered water and add fresh lemon.....drink 24 ounces daily and add water as needed to dissolved the salt.....long stroy short the purpose was for energy from drinking the water and improved skin tone.....Full disclosure I tried this for a month a fe summers ago and I noticed no difference in either my skin tone (or even clarity) or my energy levels....I wasn't even inspired to drink more water but I drink water anyway

There are several obvious AI generated ads with this scam.
