Were did you get your Chair Gym?  I have been looking and I can't find it.  It looks really nice.  Thanks!

Years ago from Evine dot com, now called ShopHQ dot com. It's sold out there now but I saw one on Amazon which is actually a good buy b/c you get all of the extras.

@SilleeMee

I checked on Amazon already and didn't see it but maybe I missed it.  I will look on the other places, too.  Thank you!

I recently purchased one, unopened, on EBay. Also, you can purchase one trychairgym dot com.

I understand about the space and the money issues.  Having seen your supplied photo of the " portable " stuff, I would like to mention the Walk at Home  kit complete with great resistance looped bands for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 mile walks in the privacy of your home.

I have used them after I gave away my Pilates machine.  The CD set with bands was sold by QVC a while ago.  Leslie Sansone is the instructor/ coach.  There is no floor work and option to use simple walking steps when something is too hard.  She walks you through stretches so you don't overdo or do them wrong.

I am going on 79 and can do the 3-mile CD....I used to be able to do the 4-mile one-hour workout.

Very small investment.  Can be done in limited space.

Good Luck with your choice.

i am with you.  I'm 87 and do her 5 mile walk Tues, Thus, and Sat.  Also Yoga stretch on those days.

I do LS Weight  disc on Monday, Wed and Friday.  2 mile treadmill and 5 mile stationary bike.

I have been exercising , since I was 23.  Maybe that is how I can still do it at 87.  People don't believe I'm that age.  So good for you.  Don't stop as long as you are able.

I took floor pilates at the college as and elective in my 70's. I am looking for a DVD to do the floor one, had the machine, but sold it.
