While in FL this winter, our van was totaled and I couldn't exercise. I had gone through the pandemic without putting on weight so I was really surprised with the 7 pound gain. I went back to the Walk CD's but forgot that front and back kicks were ones where I would just walk through the short segments.

I am back and " not kicking ! "

Really love that there isn't floor work as getting up would be difficult !

@Mom2Dogs Yes, it's a small trampoline with a balance bar (ballet bar). It's great for stretches and I use bands with it.

Years ago from Evine dot com, now called ShopHQ dot com. It's sold out there now but I saw one on Amazon which is actually a good buy b/c you get all of the extras.
