I know there've been discussions about P-57 on Exercise threads, I see where others asked about the differences between the sets, but didn't see an answer so far...between 1 and 2 what are the big differences?

I see where the one dvd that seems different between the two is Set 1 (besides having the ball) has an arm toning one whereas Set 2 has a Seat and Thighs.

Since I already own an exercise ball and thighs and butt are my areas I really want to reshape and slim down I'm favoring buying Set 2. (I'm already an experienced exerciser, btw, who does many different things, pilates, treadmill, yoga, weights etc.)

I also want some decent cardio, which I know is not the focus on either set, but I do use treadmill some days too, and just want these to have some benefit in between, when I can't get to it.

Set 1 or 2?? I'm thinking 2 for me...feedback, please?? Tks!
