It's a different era.  We have children in healthcare and staying in touch with Doctors, ER  coordinators, other coworkers, etc. and frequently communicating through their cellphone is part of their job.

@Bhvbum By the time I get home from a medical appt. I have an email with an in-depth summary of the visit attached.  Some things have definitely changed for the better.  In the past, I would sometimes have a hard time remembering everything that was discussed.
