I had another discussion about "What food could I eat that would be a good diet" that you responded to saying that for breakfast you have cereal with skim milk, for lunch a large salad with lowfat dressing and for dinner Lean Cuisine and you said you lost about 38 pounds in 5 months...

did you do any exercise? If so, what?

I want to lose 20 pounds and I want to do it before June 2011 (we go to NASCAR sprint cup race in MI and boy is it hot!!!)
