Paging Willdob3....Some Questions for you

Hi....I was hoping to ask you some questions about taking the ionic magnesium. Do you take it all (2.5ml) in morning or night? I was wondering if it mattered to split it up in to 2 doses per day or not. Also should it be taken on a empty stomach or with food or perhaps either way is ok? I don't see info saying this on bottle. I put a tsp of juice and then 3oz's of water in a glass+ the mag supplement and sip it.

I was hoping it might help me sleep also plus with muscle pain.

Do you take more then what is recommended or would that be wasteful to do and not necessary??

So far I have been dividing the doses up morning/evening.

I am having terrible brain fog right now....I just forgot what else I was going to ask. I have been trying to gather some information and put together a plan. I want to only use one supplement at a time for several weeks before I try anything else. I am just checking for any negative side effects and doing one at a time let's me figure it out easier.

Thank you for your help...the magnesium you recommened hasn't bothered my IBS-D at all...this is the 1st mag supplement I have ever been able to take...I am so hopeful it will help me with pain/sleep.
