Just adding my 2 cents in here. I take one capsule daily of HA, 100 mg. I buy it from amazon , Naturebell brand, very good quality and price. 360 caps for $28.95. I always prefer caps to liquids of any kind.

I don't know which brand would be better for joints. I don't take HA for joints but I take it for my eyes (the vitreous fluid inside the eyes has it). My advice is to buy a reputable brand, one with purity and no fillers. @goldensrbest

I have eye floaters and that's what started me taking the HA. It helps clear my vision but not completely. I think it helps a lot though, enough to where I won't ever go without taking HA. Years ago I had some shoulder joint pain on one side but that hasn't bothered me in a long time. Maybe the HA is helping that, too. IDK.

Sorry to intrude...
I wanted to ask how much bamboo silica you take daily, do you mix it in with coffee?
Thank you!

I take one rounded 1/4-teaspoon daily, mixed in with my 'green' drink. But you can put the bamboo silica powder into most anything which can be stirred, even in yogurt or oatmeal where you can just add it then stir it....whichever is convenient for you. As for putting into coffee, the powder will settle so you'll have to keep stirring that or just drink it quickly.

Bamboo did nothing for me, but another one that I took in capsules, 2 per day.

I don't know anything about this brand or the product. But I wanted to say that Amazon doesn't always sell the better quality brands. Sometimes they do. I would encourage you to look on iHerbs dot come or Vitamin Shoppe dot com and find a quality American made brand. I do sometimes have to resort to Amazon when I can't find things anywhere else, like WIld Lettuce for sleep, or I purchase a brand I know and like because the sites I listed are out of stock.

What were you taking the bamboo silica for? @Shelbelle

@goldensrbest Not that I was asked, but putting in my two cents. This is what I take, from Amazon. I keep it coming on subscription.
