Hi, Sillie, hope you are enjoying this weekend!! I buy a lot of Carlyle products on amazon and ebay. I think if you thought it was a wise choice then it must be !! I recently bought our usual so I have a way to go with the 200 count, just opened it this week. The one you got is in ratios which Carlyle often uses, what do you think about that, I think it was worth a shot, of course only 90 in there. Give us  report once you start them.  Shel

@Shelbelle

I was taking 2 caps daily of the one from eBay. Carlyle's dose is only 1 cap daily so for me it comes out to cost about the same, maybe a little more but still a good deal.

Glad to see that you approve of the Carlyle brand! Woman Happy 👍

Yes, I have several supps from Carlyle, my Sea Buckthorn Oil, Vit D , Lutein and more. I only take one a day of the Earth Med, that is what it says on bottle. The Carlyle is a good formula, I will try it next time. Thanks for sugggesting it. Please let me know what the exp date is when it arrives. Use in good health !!

What do you take this for? I am guessing to lower cholesterol? Does it work? I have bad luck with all the other OTC cholesterol reducers including Andrew Lessman. They make my liver hurt but this one lists out what it is and none of them should make my liver hurt. I had konjac noodles last week. Kinda strange, like chewing cardboard but no taste.

Phytoceramide supps are for improving the skin's hydration. Has nothing to do with cholesterol.

@Shelbelle

Expiration date posted on my bottle of Carlyle Phytoceramdies is Jan 2026.

This is what the capsules look like. Completely different from the EarthMed.
