PROBLEM WITH LESSMAN PURCHASE

I just opened a bottle of a Lessman supplement a week ago.  All my supplements, vitamins and meds are in a top dresser drawer with no beverages any closer than 4 feet away.

I just noticed that this bottle has several capsules at the bottom, darker and stuck together ... like water got in it and they clumped together.

In all the years I've been buying Andrew's products, I've never had a problem.  Upon opening them, all seals on the bottles have alway been intact.

So ......  the question is do I contact HSN, where I purchased them, or Andrew's company ... or both?

Any experience with Andrew's customer service dept?

TIA

Re: PROBLEM WITH LESSMAN PURCHASE

I look at HSN as the middle man, I would go right to his company, his CS is usually on top of things and offer excellent service. I am sure they will ask you for a lot number on the bottle , but they will take care of it for you. Most likely send you a replacement.

I've had some of the oil capsules stick together but I just bang the bottle on the counter and they separate.

Re: PROBLEM WITH LESSMAN PURCHASE

I had a problem with Essential 1 since he changed the selenium in it. It stinks so much I cannot swallow them so stopped buying them. When I called ProCapsLabs CS I was told to call HSN if it was during the 30 day return policy so I could return them. If it's been past 30 days which mine was I received no refund from HSN or Andrew Lessman.

And tell them what?  A couple of capsules stuck together probably from the heat?

It's not unusual for capsules to stick together, especially in periods of high heat or humidity.  Or even just during normal times; it happens.

If that's all it is, I'd just do what I usually do:  shake the bottle and separate the capsules.  It doesn't affect their efficacy, as long as they're still in date.

Re: PROBLEM WITH LESSMAN PURCHASE

I have had Fish oil clump together but the product wasn't compromised. I would go to procapslabs to resolve this issue. Their CS may or may not help depending on when the purchase was made.
