Just wondering if anyone has tried Pique tea?  it is supposed to help with fasting, gut health and calming.  I am so tempted to try, just wondering if anyone else has tried it

If it sounds too good to be true usually it is.

@Charlottesmom   Why not check the reviews on line.  Actually, I have a friend who gets it. I don't know anything about whether it helps her or not.  She loses weight and gains back and forth and she swears by each new item that is why she lost weight.  When she gets off these binges, she has another excuse for gaining.  She did that before she ever heard of Pique Tea.  I believe she gets it from Amazon (and I checked and they do have reviews).

Their website is heavy Keto.

Several mentions.

Looks like their marketing team is tapping into the fasting/low carb bit.

You can throw a stick & hit dozens of less expensive, organic,

quality teas in your local grocery.

Off topic:    lol!!

How does someone associate stimulating, irritating "pique" with calming?

On topic:  no, haven't tried it.

Will Google the ingredients, though. Like any other beverage, I wouldn't drink it without knowing what's in it.

@Charlottesmom  I receive emails from Pique on a daily basis. The teas are expensive, it is the fasting that is the healing modality. I do use herbs - that are specific for my body.

Having a clean healthy sustainable lifestyle is the first line of defense for health.  You can always incorporate drinking green tea and can purchase a large box of organic green tea at Costco for a reasonable price.

 Best of health to you.

better off taking a pro biotic, or drinking Kefir in my opinion.
