PILLOW TALK

Does anyone know of a brand or type of pillow that stays COOL under your head at night? Does anyone else HAVE this problem, LOL??? I has nothing to do with "flashes" for me -- I just seem to generate a lot of heat, which makes my pillow hot, then I don't sleep well. I feel like I'm flippin' pancakes all night in an effort to stay cool! {#emotions_dlg.crying} TIA!
