yikes! You have been through a lot. My ortho suggested PT but I declined. Can't imagine how that would possibly help. I will likely be referred to the pain clinic for an injection. Did those help you?

@smoochy .. Actually, PT did work for me but it takes time.  I have an arthritic back and I do excercises and stretching every day.  It has helped me.
