Life experience has taught me this. Whenever you have a cold or the flu, you always deteriorate as the day progresses, especially if you're at work. 9 a.m. you don't feel excellent but you can soldier on. 2 p.m. you feel like **** and want to go home and die. And fevers/temps always rise in the afternoon/evening.
