@SilleeMee Thanks for clarifying...your side effects sound miserable!!

 

I cannot take Bonita or Foxomax....I have been on both in the past.

So much to think about!!

I have osteopenia, and refuse to take another test, Nor will I take any more meds for it. Never seemed to have any affect and the research I did was neither clear nor encouraging.

I have remained  @ the exact same height height I was at 17 years old.

Kaiser Permanente still nags me, but I remain staunch.

 

What I was told by an OBGYN a few years ago was that the reason I am still 5'3"is because I have been taking the HRTS for years, even after the so called scientific results were terribly negative about women who took them. Cancer was more than suggested...a now known lie.

So, that's my overly long posting, but true.
