Re: One Cataract Gone, One To Go!

@eadu4   I'm sorry you are having issues with your vision.  Hopefully the blurriness clears up soon.

The Dr. said the cataract on my eye was very thick.  My vision was not totally clear right after surgery.  It has gotten better since Tuesday.  My vision was so bad before the surgery anything would have been an improvement.  I was banned from driving, per the Dr., in July. Yesterday at my post surgery checkup he said I could drive locally. I'm waiting until after my next surgery before driving even though I can see fine now.

My license says I wear glasses but my distance was fixed so I don't need glasses to drive now.  They gave me a card to keep with  my license explaining the procedure.

Re: One Cataract Gone, One To Go!

@CrazyKittyLvr2  I am so glad it helped you.  I AM grateful for my restored night vision.  I just am so frustrated with having such a hard time reading and that they are soooo dry that it's painful. I think I will need prescription readers as it seems for now anyway that my eyes read differently so one reader level doesn't work for both eyes.  Thank you for responding 😊 Good luck on your sight journey
