On CIPRO for stubborn UTI . . . severe muscle soreness side effect.

Do I stay on it? Of course doc says yes, but that's seven days of excruciating pain on top of the severe rheumatoid arthritis I already have.

However, I've had this stubborn UTI for almost six months and that's affecting my health too. Tried all other meds, they didn't work. Cipro seems to be working.

I am really torn between a rock and a hard place. I am usually pretty smart about meds, but this time I don't know what to do!
