Well friends here we go again addressing a brand new month! Where does the time go? October, that can't be. It was just the 4th of July! 
What are your goals for this month, your commitments. Mine are to keep working out 5 days a week, to realize I can't eat the way I did during the summer as for me personally I just seem to be more active in the summer, make smart choices workout wise and eating wise, to spend less $ on things I don't really need and just be grateful for what I have!
So today I think I'll just lay around and do "nothin"

Watching am style and then will get my "groove" on. Wedding reception tonight outside on the big Lake, so Burrrrrrrr but I will dress accordingly and cute of course
