I was reading Lisa Robertson's 'blog' the other day and saw where she listed an example of what she eats in a day. Listed was something called "Ostrim", a type of jerky. It's a 'high protein snack and 96% fat free'. I hardly ever eat a piece of 'meat' and worry that I am not getting protein so I decided to try Ostrim. I found it at my local vitamin store and this morning, I tried the Teriyaki flavor! It was the bomb! Loved it! Finally, a great tastin' way to get my protein - in the non-traditional way! It had 14 g of protein and 80 calories...similar to "Slim Jims" but much better in my opinion. Tomorrow, I will try the Pepper flavor.
