OK, I HATE to ask this, but I have to.

If you have an incontinence problem, what pad works best for you?  I'm 73 and, so far, it's only a little problem, but I don't know how bad it's going to get.  Woman Embarassed

I looked on Amazon, but there are soooooo many different kinds.  Any help will be appreciated!

Have you thought about a feminine pad, like a panty liner type?  I used the thin Always pads with wings before my hysterectomy.  If I ever find myself in a similar situation as yours, that's probably where I'd start.

I use "Always Radiance"  very thin but does the trick for now.

Re: OK, I HATE to ask this, but I have to.

My aunt has had me buy Poise pads when I shop for her. Some days she uses the light, other days moderate. They look like panty liners to me, just a bit thicker.

Among my friends who are post menopausal, bladder issues are quite common. They've discussed how they use panty liners everyday...just in case.

Poise thin panty liners. Work great; they have several sizes and thicknesses depending on your need.

Always Discreet.  Very soft and thin.  Many levels of protection.

I use Poise 3 long. I need them if I have a sneezing episode or coughing.

If the wrapping looks secure to you, select a few different packages at the dollar store and see what the differences are .....   length, thickness, adhesive, etc will vary and that will be the cheapest way to try out the different "styles".

Like regular pads and pantyliners, some come wrapped so you can tuck one in your handbag and it will stay clean.

Even if they aren't outstanding, going forward they can be your backup supply.

I have Poise, but rarely wear them, mostly on ski trips.  I just can't handle the odor that gets trapped.  It just seems more-so than if I have an accident without them.

Re: OK, I HATE to ask this, but I have to.

I used thin panty liners for years.  However, now that I am older and have a bladder problem, I use Always Discreet pads. They come in different lengths and thicknesses. I have tried many different brands, but like the Always Discreet the best.
