Neti Pot - Yes or No?

I just seem to have sinus problems all the time any more. I'm sick and tired of taking medicine for this and it doesn't seem to help any way.

Any users of the Neti Pot? I have wanted to try but am afraid I will make things worse. I see the regular Neti Pot and then there are syringe type things and also just saline products you use.

I'm wondering what is best and what your experiences are with any of these things. If they have brought you relief, made you worse, or are just a waste of time and money????
