I gave my large treadmill to my grandson when I moved into a smaller house. I sure do miss it. I would like to know if there is a treadmill that is delivered pretty much already put together that also can be folded up and put out of the way. TIA

@sarahpanda This is what I got from HSN. The hardest part was getting it out of the box. It doesn't have lots of bells & whistles bit I like it.

I ordered a elliptical from Dicks sporting goods in the store. I wanted to try different machines. They delivered it and put it together. I leave it standing.
I would suggest going to a sports equipment store and try the different machines and ask sales staff for delivery and other questions about it's functions. I personally would not order on line.

Agree @ellaphant If you just order on line without trying it and you do not like it it is a pain to return. Even if they come to pick up how are you going to package it?

I bought a foldable under-desk treadmill from Amazon a couple years ago. I love it in the winter. I usually fold and put it in a closet during the summer because I like to walk outside.
I'd love to try the Elipse by Legercise but can't afford one right now.

I gave up my big treadmill also. I got a walking pad which i like, but it doesnt have an incline. Im ok with that. Also you have to be very careful about the walking pads. Alot of them dont have the side or front rails to hold onto. I almost bought one without and that wouldnt have worked for me. I need something to hang on to sometimes. As much as I love my pad and walking outside. I have to say I use my Cubii most of all. When I was recovering from back surgery it was a godsend and later on I used it exclusively for about a year and lost 35 pounds. I wasnt sure it would help losing weight as its simple and easy, but it did.I love my Cubbii.

We sold our big monster several years ago. Now we just open the door and go....for free.

I got the WalkingPad MC11 Folding Treadmill
for Christmas this past year and love it.
I'm in a two floor, 1050 sq ft condo, in CT where walking outdoors isn't a great option for about 6 mos or more (if you count those oppressive hot days in summer, on top of winter months.) Always wished I could have a treadmill, but no good room for it. (I already own a small indoor cycle and Pilates reformer, upstairs in a walk-in attic room/closet off my office space)
This fit the bill. It sits folded up, sleak and flat, against a bedroom wall and even though I'm a stickler for aesthetics...it really doesn't bug me in there that way...it doesn't conflict with the rest of the room, sits near my entry.
Came basically fully assembled if I recall...easy, sturdy. I walk and can jog on it too if I want. Just no incline, but that's ok for me.
I researched many a walking pad, on their website (Walking Pad brand) for months before....I liked this one as it had a handbar, was more of a "treadmill" than just "walking pad" which tend to be lighter, no handle bar, go under a desk to walk on while you work.
Couldn't post a link here, but it's on Amazon if you just put that in search bar. $399.00 now.
Good luck!

Weather definitely interferes at times, @amyb.
Maybe a small walking pad would be a smart investment for us.

@JeanLouiseFinch The weather was a deciding factor for me. Years ago, when I wasn't working, I could get my walking in whenever it wasn't raining and that helped a lot. Now, I work full time so I don't have as many options. It is rainy season here and that means rain most every day so a small foldable treadmill made sense. I do keep it up most of the time but being able to fold it and move it out of the way was something I very much needed.
I'm thinking of getting something like a cubi for work but haven't researched that yet.
