I need a new one. Can you recommend a brand and not too expensive?

I don't actually do Yoga but I need a mat to lay down on for stretching. TIA!

I got mine in TJ Maxx (Marshall's has them too) cost about $12.  Works for me.

And, if you see a cork yoga mat, get it, that’s the best! I saw a few at TJMaxx and bought a Gaiam mat for home (19.99, lifetime warranty) & a Flow360 mat (13.00) for class. They feel and look great, I’m thrilled!

Why do they all seem to have a label that says they can cause cancer!???

I've seen the cork mats. What makes them good? @cantdrive55

What's your concern? Are you stretching on a hardwood floor & need the traction a yoga mat provides? If not, use a beach towel on your rug or carpet.

@SilleeMee

Cork is naturally antimicrobal and it’s closed cell construction makes it very cushioning to your body. Cork mats are usually backed with rubber or TPE, both better options than the foam materials used that leach chemicals & even toxins over time.

Also, cork is ecofriendly and sustainable.

Right now I'm doing my stretching while on my carpeted floor. But I think I need more cushion because my carpet is old and doesn't have much cushion left. So I was thinking that a mat might be what I need because the floor is hard and it hurts me. @ahoymate
