Because of severe Ragweed allergies, my allergy Dr. wants me to limit my milk and dairy consumption (cause it makes my allergies worse). I also found out today, through testing, that I have a soy allergy.
What can I do to increase my calcium?
I also have IBS and have heard that a lot of calcium supplements cause constipation, which is something I do not want to deal with having IBS.
So, any suggestions ??
