Ladies I am hoping someone out there has had something similair to what I am dealing with and can tell me what/who they saw to get treated for this.

I have had long time issues with my neck, shoulders, uppper back pain....hips out of alignment also. I have seen and am presently seeing a chriopractor....on my x-rays I have all kinds of things out of wack. Neck has some arthritis in it...he said minor stuff. My upper back is to curved...forget the correct name for this condition...but I do not have a hump (Yet) but that is what could happen if it's not addressed. I am doing the adjustments to treat it all and some stretching. I also have been getting a massage (deep tissue) for it.

Theres more but I think that should give you a good idea....it has been a few months of chriopractor care but I am still locking up. I can have a massage one day and feel sore but looser from it then by a day or so later it's all back....feels like a rock again.

I was hoping to find out if there is something else out there I am not doing to get better? What about physcial therapy? Oh I forgot to add I was in a car accident back in Dec 2010....and the only thing that hurt was the top of my head....got a instant headache after...never did do much....and I was having neck/back issues prior to it so I just think that made things worse is all.

I am looking to get relief....any ideas on other doctors or types of care I could seek out would be appreciated.
