Nature's Code Super Berry supplement drink discontinued???

Hello Dr. James, My girlfriend and I were really disappointed today when we got the mail after work and there was a cancellation notice from QVC regarding the auto-delivery we have had set up for your Super Berry drink??? They claim that the "vendor"(you), has not delivered the product and they haven't received notice from you as to why, so they're cancelling ALL auto-delivery orders on this product. So, my question to you is... if you spend so much time building up value in your products, why decide to cancel it??? Customers like us consume this and it becomes part of our diet. Now with it no longer available, we have to search for another supplement from another manufacturer/supplier. That's not good for customer loyalty.
