Nasty Cold

I have had a cough and and keep coughing up green flen(sp) Also congested in my nose. I think it might be sinus to. I am trying to decide if I should go to doctor and get antibotics or keep hoping this will clear up. I had the cough a week. It's not bad but I keep trying to get this crud up!! I worry about antibotics taking to much even though I haven't had any since last spring. Is there any natural thing to do to help?? Thanks!!
