And the Niners advance! Green Bay almost had them when Kaepernick threw a pass right to a Packer, but the ball was just a tick too high and hard for him to reel in, so the Niners dodged a bullet there and ended up winning.

Another close game......

The announcers completely missed the reason for the timeout at the start of the second half. Kaepernick came out without his wristband that contained the calls on it. He got the call in the huddle and tried to improvise without it, but quickly realized things didn't look right, called the timeout, hurried to the sideline, got handed the wristband and then came back. Bad announcing there guys.

Agree about Aikman & Buck! There always seems to be a 5 second delay w/ those guys' 'announcing' and the plays. FTC regs (cursing) maybe??? lol

WOW wadda weekend -- ALL the visiting teams won!! {#emotions_dlg.w00t}

Oh, oh, OH -- the cherry ton top was GB losing (rightfully so)...the refs at My Bears game last week certainly FAVORED Rodgers & co., and helped them to win the division. {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

the games were excellent!!!! i bet even chargers fans are surprised by their win....i know my s/o is!!!! he is not a big fan of phillip rivers.

how many times this year were their games in danger of being blacked out in SD??? i think one or two were actually. the fans give up too easily!

for those of us who dont have a hometown team to cheer on these games were exciting!

My oldest brother lives in SD (he's a GB fan - lol). Maybe he''ll believe in in the Chargers, now!

I'm glad they beat the Bungles...(I'm also a Steelers fan) and hope they continue to do well in the QUEST for the SB!

There were some good games this past weekend. Next week the trend should continue. San Diego and Denver face each other again; will the Bolts beat the Broncos one more time? Good luck with New Orleans going to Seattle. The Saints are hoping they don't get embarrassed. Then there is Brady and Luck:two quarterbacks who rally their teams to win. Brady has more playoff experience, but don't count the Colts out. I don't know how San Francisco and Carolina will match up. I don't think those teams played each other this year.

Right now our area has a snow emergency in effect through tomorrow. I'm off work, so I don't have to worry about traveling anywhere. Will see Tuesday what happens with the weather.

SPURT, I hope that Figgy isn't too upset about her Bengals; you might have to give her extra treats to make her feel better.
