Miracle Noodles: Paging GrannyDea

Hi there GD. I wanted to let you know I received my order of Miracle Noodles. They came boxed and in a big white bag. I just reached in and pulled the first pkg I touched, out of the bag. I ordered the Angel Hair, but also purchased two pkgs of the black noodles. Well, those were the ones I pulled out first. I cooked them according to the directions and tried to eat them. Yuckola! They tasted fishy and the texture just gagged me. Coudn't finish them at all. A few days later when I got my nerve back up, I cooked a pkg of the angel hair noodles. Much, much better! I can live with those. I told you I would let you know if I liked them or not. So, no to the black ones, and yes to the angel hair ones. Plus, my BG was fine after eating them. I can see where Miracle Noodles could be an acquired taste for some. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}Have you any good recipes using the noodles? Best to you, Dea
