Midnite for Menopause sleeping aid

I keep watching the commercials for MidNite all natural sleep aid that you can take anytime throughout the night. The menopause one has very limited (and mixed) reviews on Amazon. I'm so tired from getting up at 3:30 or 4:30 every stinking morning. Just wondering if anyone has tried and what your thoughts are???
