Medicare Rx Plans, anyone?

My sister needs to enroll in a Part D Medicare Rx plan & I see a Humana Walmart plan that has one of the lowest premiums & charges for her drugs. Does anyone have any experience with a Humana Walmart plan, their CS at mail order, etc.? She asked for my help (even though I have no experience) and I don't want to steer her in the wrong direction. Thanks.
