Medical ID Bracelet

Where is the best place to order online/buy in person a medical ID bracelet? I need one that is at least 8 inches long, and I need to be able to put more information on the ID portion than "allergic to nuts". I want to be able to put the specific medications on the back. This is for a woman. I don't want "cutesy", as I wear it all of the time. I don't need cute beads, etc. Just somewhat unobtrusive, stainless steel, and easy to wear.

I found American Medical ID company which lets you put the engraving on the reverse and more than one line.

There is only room for one emergency contact. Should I put the name of the doctor? Or a family member?
