I want to thank @Dusty1 , @carrie ann, and all the others who posted advice on my original Medicaid Help post.  I spoke to the admin at Mom's facility today and found out that she will be able to stay there once qualified and will be able to keep her private room.  I wouldn't have even known that being booted out of her facility was a possibility if not for my previous post.  She also was able to answer several of my questions and told me that she and the bookkeeper would complete the application and fax everything in for me!  What a burden from my shoulders!  I don't have to do anything but provide documentation to them.  It would have never crossed my mind to speak to the admin about the application and my questions if not for you wonderful, caring people.  THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.  I do still have the phone conference with our attorney in the morning to verify asset transfer dates and a few other odds and ends questions, but it shouldn't take long.
