Hi people! I did 30"/1.6 mi. on the treadclimber and 13"/1.3 mi. on the treadmill.

Patti ~ Thanks for the advice regarding the weights. I don't think I can push myself anymore than I am doing right now. My left hamstring is sore/tight, and I am sure that it is due to the strange body mechanics I am doing to support my foot. I am in pain when walking after my workout, but at least I got it dun today!

Bopper, you inspired me toset up my TG. I used it for awhile but I don't really know what exercises to do. I did curls, rows, chest press, pullovers, iron cross... ran out of ideas. So I went over to the gym and did heavy weights. It was easier than last time, still hard but less of a struggle. Need to get a TG wall chart so I can use it better.

Hey all, Sunday is almost done....wow where does the day go.

It was sunny here and 40 and that was a blessing.

I took a rest day and sat on the swing on my deck and took in some much needed Vit. D.

nomless Hooray! You HAVE to get Rosalie Brown's DVD...it is really good and so easy to follow. The Q has it here...also go to totalgymcatalog.com

I got nothing more kids...have a good night!

Bopper, what's the title of Rosalee's dvd? Do you have any of the other dvds just Rosalee's? There's a beginners dvd and a boomers dvd...I wonder if they're good to,

Morning, checking in with 2 miles on the treadmill power walking/ jogging and TG full body.

nomless I have this one: http://www.qvc.com/Total-Gym-Basic-Workout-Series-DVD-With-Rosalie-Brown-Search-Results.product.F113...

and then I have Tod Durkin's intermediate and advanced. Rosalie's has a full body workout, a Ab workout, and a lower body workout, so 3 workouts on 1 dvd, and then Todd has the Interm. and the Advanced. I did the Inter. on a lower lever and it was good and I was whooped but I love Rosalie's and she just made 3 more new ones I am getting.

Supposed to be in the 30's today so I am happy about that but rain tomorrow...and sleet.

Have a good day everyone!

Hi everyone!! Sun is shining...finally!!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup} Such a messy weekend but it turned to snow yesterday so at least I got to get out with Lucy and get some fresh air. I guess I went out Sat too for my run in the rain which was exhilarating!

I know I sound like a broken record, but, oh.my.gosh.{#emotions_dlg.scared} The class ahead of us came out and said "Good Luck!". A few of us said that we could have left half-way through and still had a killer work-out. Super hard...ugh...but at least I felt okay afterwards, not like I did last Thursday, that was terrible.

After doing backward lunges into one-legged squats, I got back on that treadmill for another block and my legs felt spent...I was at 6.5 and it felt like 10. Really had to dig deep to bring the speed and incline up...real deep.{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

Took Lucy out for 3 miles this morning, she almost got blown away but she pushes through...lol. Her go to spa this morning.{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Waving to everyone! Going to take her for a walk after she naps a little while from her spa treatment, takes a lot out of her.

I have one of the original Total Gym that the Q sold about 15 or more years ago.... I just never really used the darn thing as it was so heavy to set up and put away. It weighs a TON.{#emotions_dlg.scared} Maybe today I will pull the darn thing out and dust off at least 10 years of cobwebs and see how I like it. You guys inspire me!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Hi, all!! I'm still here -- lol!! We have been so stinking busy lately. Just lots of everything. I've managed to still do ok on my workouts. Walked over an hour Saturday, some Pilates, spin, and weights thrown in last week. I really need to get back to cranking it, but work and life have made it hard. Oh well, it's life!! Sounds like everyone here is doing really well. Hopefully you're making up for me on my easy days. Lol!! I think I'm gonna do some Pilates tonight and catch up on a little tv. Didn't have time for class. Had a lot of errands and business calls to make, as well as extra work. I need to get a move on. Hope you all have a nice Monday. No April Fools pranks tomorrow, ok?!?! Hi, Patty and Future and Bopper. Gazelle, my TG is a really old model too...we might have the same one. But it does everything it needs to do. The newer ones aren't much different. The dvds will help me learn how to use it effectively...I hope! 50 mincardio done tonight.
