Hey everyone! Didn't work out today as my foot is in serious pain. I have been cleaning my house instead just to stay active.

Patty ~ The chiro/doc wants me to keep my foot active but not to the point of pain. Supposedly the foot is a complicated blob of bones, nerves, etc. And like you, I think I shouldn't have been running on it when it was showing signs of stiffness/discomfort. Now I am paying the price...I will get back at it tomorrow hopefully.

Stay warm everyone!

Hi, all! SUPER busy day. Work, errands, laundry, cooking dinner, more laundry (how do two people have so much laundry?!?!), working out on the Pilates machine, some phone calls, and now shower time. I'm gonna try to sleep early. I have a hair appt tmrw, so no WO. I'm really digging that Pilates machine, too. Ok, off to clean up and.....drumroll.......fold laundry!!! Lol!! Nighty night, girls!!

Ugh...today was so hard...the 30-min treadmill segment was tough...not gonna lie. And my heart-rate pod wasn't working so we played around with that and finally they just gave me a new one. Wasted over 5-minutes of my work-out.

I'm going back tomorrow but I'd love today to be Friday...lol!

I like this article, I know I've posted something similar but it's worth repeating. Waving to all...well, kind of...hard to lift my arms right now. Wink{#emotions_dlg.laugh}{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Oh! I ran into a neighbor of mine from Newport RI in the grocery store. Small world. She said she still uses the BB eyeshadow palette I gave her and had it on today!

Bopper. I'm sorry you missed out on dvds you wanted. I ordered a dozen, my order seemed to go through ok. Had to work late tonight. Now dinner, then off to bed soon. Sadly, missed my workout. This crazy job has gotten in the way of my life. Makes me sad, but I need the job, so I'm thankful to have it. Patty, how fun you ran into an old friend.

UGH! What a horrible day at work today. Was so stressed when I got home. My first thought was to get in my jammies and call it a day but nope! Before I could talk myself out of it, I put on my work out clothes and headed out the door and took a 2 mile walk. It felt so good to get out of the house, listen to my music, watch the sunset, and get some exercise.

Woke up at 3:00am this morning and couldn't go back to sleep. When the alarm went off to get up and go to the gym, I turned it off and didn't go. However, when I got home tonight, I was not going to let myself off the hook and make excuses. With all the stress at work right now and knowing that it's going to continue for a few months, I told myself that for my health I MUST get exercise every single day. I'm kind of proud of myself for getting out there cuz as ya'll know, I can talk myself out of exercising faster than anyone! LOL

I'm off to bed - hopefully tonight I can sleep the whole night through!

Good morning!

Crazy work-out today but I loved it. I didn't love the over 100 jumping lunges, especially right onto the treadmill...I think 7.2 at 6% incline was my highest I went today but after all-out 100 meter rows, squats with wights and all those lunges, um, yeah, I was very happy with that. I was even happy with 6.0 at 6%...the jumping lunges had my heart-rate plenty high as it was.

I made myself go this morning too Judy, I was very tired and surely didn't expect to do as well as I did, I thought for sure I was going to {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown} today . Felt better than yesterday even. The back-rows into push-ups were very hard for me today but my shoulders are worn-out from the other days.

Anyhoo, hope everyone has a great day! Now I have to take Lucy out...lol. She's staring out the window like she's being held prisoner. Waving!

Hi everyone! You all give me such motivation! After taking two days off to rest my foot I had a good workout of treadclimber x 30 min. and a slow 1 mi. jog cool down on the treadmill.
