Lucy loves to run! She's a haply girl. 3 sets weights done. Inconsisten workouts have taken a toll on my strength. Sigh.

Are you watching the CrossFit games nomless? I remember you watched them before. I want to see who wins the Burden Run before we head to Panera for dinner but they keep cutting to commercial plus they had a basketball game on when the CF games should have been on.

Hi Ladies!

2 mile walk in this morning. Not breaking any records but did keep up a pretty good steady pace - was sweating when I got home so that's good.

Why is it that my cat thinks when I walk out the door and come back in that it's time for her to eat?! LOL So hard for her to understand that just because I'm gone for a couple of hours doing errands and then come home does not mean it's her dinner time! LOL Guess she's so used to me leaving to go to work and being gone all day.

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday.

Morning all, checking in with a 2 mile run on the treadmill and a Total Gym Lower body workout. Sore big toe today, toe nail tore on the side half way down...( cringe) so it's tender.

Getting my GD from school this afternoon and she is staying with me tonight and tomorrow I'll take her to school. She already brought over all her "gear"...so we will be busy bees tonight!

Judy great job on the walk, feel good to get outside doesn't it? I'm waiting for the snow to melt and the temps to go up.

Pppmint hoping your morning is off to a great start and you and Lucy are peeling through the neighborhood!

nomless did you have a good weekend? Logan has the nose stretched out like an elephants trunk...the Spring smells must be out..at least that is a 'sign'!

Tony Jr. almost had it and ran out of gas................like father like son hey?

FUTURE your coming back Baby! Hope your weekend was nice....warming up there?

I have forgotten our new friends so just saying Hi, and way to go everyone! ( high fives) {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}{#emotions_dlg.thumbup} That's how my work-out went!!!

Those CrossFit beasts inspired me! I'm afraid to say it, so I won't completely...but I think I'm back!

Going to start going 4 days a week and my gf and I are going to start meeting on Wed mornings to run together and do a race. Just have to find a meeting place but she said she'd think about it tonight and we'd discuss it tomorrow.

High-fives and fist-bumps to everyone!! Cool

Oh, dang, Patty, I missed XFit Games. You're right...I do enjoy watching. I'm looking online now...it must have been one of the open trials? It looks like the finals are in July. Or maybe it was a rerun of last year's games?

Judy, good job getting a walk in. LOL at your cat and her attempts to convince YOU it's time for dinner no matter the time of day.

Bopper, ouch! I hope it's better soon. You must be feeling encouraged now that Logan is smelling spring in the air.

It's a nice day today, so fingers crossed the others decide to run outside today and I"ll have the gym all to myself! Cardio today.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Nomless ~ My DH loves the treadclomber, but I only use it when I am injured. It is very low impact which of course is good, however, it does not work the upper body.

P. Patti ~ Wow, you have had some serious injuries, and you can still run....amazing!

Worked out Saturday and today. 30 min. on the treadclimber and then a very slow jog for 15 min. (1 mile) on the treadmill.

Hi, Mick, good to see you again. It 's cool you have equip to get you through injuries. It looks like it's a better workout than a treadmill. I did 45 min cardio. It was harder today than Sat, but I got it done.

nomless, I thought it was the games...they announced the winner as "The Fittest Man On Earth" so I'm confused. But they were so good and so motivating. I'm with those that would like to see this an Olympic sport. I think overall, there isn't an athlete out there that is stronger and I think most would be surprised to know how hard they train. Some of the stuff they do is so hard, you can't even understand how tough it is just by watching it.

MickD, my shoulder injuries and hip kept me awake last night, I couldn't get comfortable.{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

How's the toe bopper? How's the running going? I read a post from a 260lb lady that just started running less than 2 months ago, she ran 3 miles in well under 40minutes yesterday.

Judy, did you hit the pavement this morning?

I couldn't fall asleep last night...I don't like this time change, never have. We get up early so it's dark for over 2 hours...even right now it's still gloomy.

Anyway, I have a feeling my work-out today might be more like {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}...lol! That's how I'm feeling anyway...my bod sure can feel yesterday's work-out and I'm way over-due...hope I'm starting menopause but doubtful. I couldn't be so lucky.

Morning, checking in with 50 minutes on the Rebounder. Got a dvd from collage and watched the clip and it didn't look bad but after doing it I am not crazy about it. Everyone is off the beat of the music and that drives me nuts...it does incorporate weights and you use the rebounder for the floor work but it was just OK for me. Better ones are out there.

Pppmint the toe is still sore,,,,but I muddled through this morning and had my GD here to get ready for school and then drove her to school. She is so funny and gets so distracted I have to be on her all the time but it's fun. That's awesome about the lady and her running...

MickD the treadclimber looks like it would be a good workout....good thing you have it when you are injured.

Nomless you got it done is what counts....

Judy nice walk...so good to smell some Spring air....yesterday and today are 30's and tomorrow and Thursday are 0 again...oh well...it will be here some day!

Cannine waving to you and Tony

Have a good day all
