Morning all, checking in with a 1 mile run on the treadmill as my warmup and then 40 minutes on the Total Gym doing a full body workout. I am really liking this machine and glad I went for it.

FUTURE sorry about those dang allergies,,,seems too early for that but apparently it isn't. We have so much snow here nothing will be in bloom for probably 2 more months at least.

Yesterday Logan found the remains of the dead rabbit again!!! I had to wade through snow past my hips to chuck it farther...yee gads!

Nomless are you going to get Focus T 25?

Pppmint hope you are having a good day...thus far...and Lucy . We can't forget our little mascot doggie {#emotions_dlg.tt1}

Gazille are you getting a new Fitbit? I still would like one but not in the budget yet.

Judy waving to you

Tony we are past Wednesday...almost the weekend!

Canine keep on keepin on!

Waving to all!

Bopper, I just heard on the radio that the minor league all-star game will be in my city in July, the day after the major league all-star game. If your ds gets that gig, you and DH could come and we could meet in real life. How fun would that be?!!

Oh, Bopper, I didn't know he had moved up to the majors. That's awesome. The AAA All-star game will be in Omaha.

He hasn't yet nomless but he is Spring training with the Majors and is hoping for lots of sub positions. No umpires are retiring this year so technically he is still in AAA Minors but if he can stay up subbing that is of course his wish. But if that changes I will for sure let you know. It would be cool to meet up!

Hi, all. No time to WO today. Super busy at work, laundry, errands, making dinner, massage (ahhhhhhhhhh!), and picking up the house. We have plans tmrw evening, so I needed to get some stuff done around here. I'm actually feeling a bit better today. My energy is up, and I'm not as itchy, so I think tmrw or Saturday I should be good. Real quick, Patty, what kind of Shake did you make? I do spinach, vanilla protein powder, frozen berries, flax seed (sometimes chia, too), water, ice, and v8 light fruit juice. It's awesome!!! Also, I do chocolate protein with flax and half a banana and some milk sometimes. That's good. I did plain vanilla with milk and flax today. Love that it keeps me full for a good 3-4 hrs, then I have a piece of fruit or fiber bar and I'm good til lunch (another 2-3 hrs). Anyway, just throwing that out there! Smiley Happy took me a while to figure it out, but once you do, you can whip it up in no time!

Hi Ladies!

Thank you for all waves! We finally got some rain here in No. CA! YEA! We need it so bad and while we're not out of the drought, it has helped.

I woke up at 4:15 this morning and laid in bed until around 5:00 then decided to get up and go for a walk. Yep, I did it. Got up, got dressed and headed out the door. Didn't really want to but made myself. Even tho it was very dark, it felt good to get outside in the fresh air. Walked probably about 1-1/2 miles but since I haven't worked out in months, I didn't want to push it. Kept up a good steady pretty fast pace. The main thing for me was to get myself moving again.

Work is still incredibly stressful with lots of angst, chaos, fear, among everyone. The next few months are going to be brutal.

My BF is doing really well. We miss each other terribly but with each passing day, our visit gets closer and closer. DD and SIL are also well. My DD is waiting to hear if she has been accepted into a Business program at a State college nearby. Keep your fingers crossed! If she is, she'll start in April.

Waving back to everyone!

Judy

Hey all, more snow here right now and about 24 degrees....slippery driving too my dad said.

Today I did an hour on my TG and extra abs with the ab crunch accessory. I slept terrible last night and wasn't even sure I was going to do a workout but I did.

Judy I sure hope your DD gets accepted, that would be awesome for her and you! Great job walking, mind over matter right Smiley Happy

FUTURE sounds like good protein drinks..What kind of protein powder do you use..?

Pppmint how is your day going? Hoping DS is progressing and not over doing it..hard not to worry though.

Tony it's Friday!

Nomless hope you can get to the gym today....did I tell you I was able to get a Valerie lamp on AS IS and it's on it's way. Remember when we talked lamps and decorating? Thought you may be interested in my SCORE. It's lavender and will go into my bathroom. I have the amber and the mosaic so this was 12$ plus shipping.

Waving to everyone!

Hi, Judy, it's good to see you!

Bopper, you're doing great with TG. It's so great that you're enjoying it. I saw those As Is Valerie lamps, I'm thinking about ordering one. It will be so pretty in your bathroom. Which color is your favorite. I think I like the mosaic the best, and I don't think that's available.

I hope I get to the gym tonight, too! I was headed there last night, but as I was leaving, stuff happened, and I never got there. I used to be so consistent with my workouts, but the past couple of months it's been a struggle. Dang!
