Hi all, I think if I had the fitbit I would use a lanyard to attach it to my pants just to be safe.

Gazelle I am so sorry you lost your, I would be devastated too..did you back track to try and find it. I am sure you did...that is sad!

Tony and cannine, I am loving my Total Gym. Getting more used to all the attachments now so it isn't taking me as long to get them on and off. My abs are sore from using the ab crunch attachment. I love that attachment...I am only starting on level 3 for upper body because that is my weak area and after 2 sets of reps my shoulders are on fire and I can barely squeek out the last rep with good form but I did it. Lower body I am stronger. As far as it taking up a lot of room, I have it in the basement next to my treadmill and inversion table and trust me the 3 of them are very close together but they work. Remember you don't have to leave it all spread out. You can lower the tower and it folds up like an ironing board so that way you can just stick it in a corner. I had been eyeing this for a long time so it wasn't an impulse buy. There is a lot to do on it and I haven't watched the intermediate or advanced dvd yet as I am not there yet of course but I did the Rosalie Brown workout and then I did the other one, (can't remember the name of the guy) but that was good too.

Partly sunny here today and it's finally over 10!

Oh Pppmint you might be on to something there Peppermint Peeps.....{#emotions_dlg.tt1}speaking of peeps I bought some for my GD. We will make a cake and use them to decorate....I have her today for a couple hours, so not enough time to do it today but I'll have her again late in the week so that's something she will love.

Well better clean up now and head to the school to get my GD.

Have a great day! ( Back to say I did 40 minutes on my TG) Love it!

Hi, all! Not much to report. Been sick the past few days. Allergies are brutal, and a sinus infection. Took my second sick day in over a year. Lol! I've gotta be SICK to skip work. Smiley Happy Been laying low. Problem is, I'm sneezing and hacking and coughing and sniffling, and it's soooooooo annoying when you're working out. I'll get back tmrw. Almost did today, but work and errands tuckered me out. Hope you're all doing well!! Looks like you're all getting after it. Oh! We had snow yesterday, maybe a little tmrw, then warm for two days, then snow again this weekend. No idea why my sinuses and allergies are completely out of whack.......:-/ :-/ Did have a great night this wknd with my niece and nephew. She's at that super fun age where she's really talking and playing, so we had a great time. Ok, I need to get showered up. Have a nice night, everyone!!

Fell better, Future. Bopper, glad you're enjoying TG. It's so versatile. Wish I had space to set mine up. Hi, Patty and Patty's friends who might be lurking. I felt lousy all dsy, but went to do weights. Weight machine was in use so I did 45 min cardio instead. Someone was there doing T25. Lots of plyo in the workout she was doing. Will head to bed early tonight, hope I can sleep.

Morning! FUTURE, dh and I are having trouble with allergies already...hope this doesn't mean this year is going to be a doozie for them! They usually wait for the snow to melt at least. Hope you feel better!!!

Well, the PT was sore from yesterday's work-out so I don't feel so bad...and today's was worse. I'm already sore and had trouble walking up the stairs. My shoulders are already sore and I know my chest will be later.

I hit it hard today...my son said he had less blood and his stomach didn't hurt as bad and what a difference that makes in my energy level!

We did blocks of 30-second base to 30 second all-outs...up and down...I'd barely get my speed back down and it was time for an all-out again. Weights circuit then back to 2-min treadmill all-out, right to 100 meter row all-out...back to 90-second treadmill all-out to 100 meter row...60-second tread all-out, etc...back and forth. I did my all-outs at an 8 to a 10 even though my hip-flexors and butt cheeks are sore from yesterday.

We did plyometric burpees with our weights and I felt really strong on those but the 3-min plank at the end about did me in...my shoulders were spent by that time though. It was a good work-out...liked it a lot. High-fives and fist-bumps!! Wink{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

And now....Lucy and I are heading out...again! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1} Have a great one!

Morning all, checking in with 30 minutes of Rebounding with Rosalie Brown's Youtube workout. I ordered another rebounder workout from Collage. It was only 3.98$ so can't go wrong.

Pppmint that is the best news yet this morning! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup} I am very happy!

Nomless I think if you folded up the TG you may have the room for it. Just a thought.

FUTURE sorry to hear allergies are bad already..seems strange so early. Of course I am speaking from the Igloo here!{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

Tony our Saturday is supposed to be super sunny and maybe warm up to upper 20's. Sad I am excited about upper 20's isn't it! {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

Judy are you lurking somewhere....waving to you.

Canine....Hollar! {#emotions_dlg.lol}

Waving to all our new friends too. Logan wants to go outside. There was a dead rabbit in my backyard yesterday that an owl or hawk got and he wanted in the worst way to eat the guts....sorry for that tid bit so early in the morning.............I got rid of it!

Bopper, yes, my TG is folded up...that's why I don't use it! When I unfold it in the only room I'm willing to put it in, it sort of blocks the doorway, making it difficult to get in and out of that room. The hassle is more than I can deal with. I could put it in the living room, I suppose, but it would have to be in the middle of the room, and I'm not willing to do that either. And it's is difficult to fold and unfold, I can't do it easily each time I want to use it. It still works great, though, so I keep it on the off chance that maybe someday I'll have a bigger place. I have a Pilates that's folded up, too, for the same reasons.{#emotions_dlg.sad}

Good job today, Patty, I hope ds continues to improve.

Hi Everyone! Bopper- glad to hear you like your TG! My friend agrees! Yeah, heatwave coming! I was reading about pipeline controversy with Mackinac straits- is that near you? Sounds like a nice area. Nomless-on T25 the modifier doesn't do jumps(like jumping jacks, running with knees high..) and floor work she is on her knees (for planks..) and doesn't go low on lunges- pretty much what you would expect. Patty- you just keep at it!Saying hi to your friends! Future- can't believe you are feeling lousy again. I hope it is short lived. Canine- yup, I'm trying to stay with it! Judy- how are you? Weather safe? Gazelle- sorry you lost your fit it, but glad to know that you were at least looking good! Did T25 and chalean. I needed to cos I had fun getting in that last candy run before Lent today! Wishing you all good days!

Thanks for the info about the modifier, Tony. It sounds like she really is modifying. I'm happy to know that.

Hi, all. Hit the weights today, even though I didn't want to. Lol!! Talk about sneezing and itching today. Sheesh!! It was in full force today. Oh, well. This too shall pass. No big thing in the grand scheme, right? Doing a little laundry, showering, and going to bed early. Night, all!!

Morning everyone!

3-mile run on snow and ice...I felt every step, it was not a good run. I'm sore from head to toe so probably should have taken today off, but I didn't. Then did 200 jump-ropes and 200 jumping-jacks.

Made a horrible shake in my Vitamix this morning....but I'm saving it and taking a couple of swigs throughout the day. Too expensive to throw out...and very healthy.

Hope everyone is feeling better and having a great day! I have to get heading out before the stores and traffic gets too bad!
