Have you ever had stiff hamstrings?
Every day I do Yoga stretches, but it's not helping.
I'm thinking maybe I need a new mattress. My current mattress is 12+ years old; plus my pup sleeping sideways in the bed doesn't help.
Your ideas are appreciated.

Yes, I too have a lot of stifness. Pinterest has been helpful in searching stretches for this problem. I have a theragun that helps alot for this and for the botton of my feet for planter fascitits. Worth the cost, for sure.

It's easy... w-a-l-k. I'm 70 and been doing a walking regime for 5 years now. Lost a lot of weight and am determined to keep it off. I have no aches or pains, my health is excellent (I'm a type 1 diabetic). Exercise helps with so many things. Give it a try. I'm sure your doctor would agree!

Yoga is wonderful for stretching.
Do you do standing, forward bends? How close can you get your face to your legs? And hands to the floor?
If standing is a problem forward bends on the floor work too.
There is always downward dog for an easier stance.
Keep at it, it will come.

In addition to stretching, I would take a look at your mineral and electrolye intake.

I take minerals. I'm looking at electrolytes in AMZN right now.
Got any recommendations?
Thanks!

Looking on AMZN - I see some are flavored and some are not.
Liquids are NOT flavored; powders are.
Do you have a preference?
