Suggestions on nausea during colonoscopy prep?

I'm getting Very nauseous and not sure what to do in order to get through the prep .   I'm on the verge of vomiting.  Drinking chamomile tea , ginger ale , broth .    I'm sure not eating isn't helping either.   Any suggestions that have helped you ?  Thanks in advanced.

@Kitty Galore I feel for you as I have trouble with the prep also.   What I do is take a cold pack and put it on my neck or my forehead depending if I'm lying down or in a chair.  This helps me overcome a bit of the nausea.  Take deep breaths and move about slowly.  I have gotten dizzy when moving too quickly or getting up too fast and that just adds to it.  You will get through it, but I know it's not easy.......hang in there!

I've only taken 4 Dulcolax tablets so far ,  start the actual miralax and Gatorade  in an hour.

Maybe the Gatorade will help to clear the nausea, lets hope so.

Nausea has never been a problem for me with prepping; I drink a lot of sweet tea, white grape juice, Coke, and warm jello (not red).

I agree reach out to your doctor.  It is a big problem for me even with the prep that is lower volume like Suprep.  You don't drink as much water.  But it's hard getting it all down.
