Lower back pain

I have been having lower back pain for 2 months. Went to the doctor last week. She said it was muscle related and gave me a muscle relaxer to take at night and Celebrex to take in the morning. I have been taking these for a week and no relief. It especially hurts when I move and get up in the morning. I sleep fine. Does Celebrex work for any of you? I am thinking of stopping it when I run out of the samples she gave me and going back to Advil.
