Looking for massage pad - vibrating/heating

This is for my mom who is in her mid 80s. Her lower back causes her discomfort. I don't think she can handle the hard rollers or kneading as she doesn't have a lot of meat. Looking for a pad that has vibrating and heat. Is it usually one or the other? Which brand do you like and why. I don't want to buy a large item as a chair. Something she can use sitting or lying down. TIA
