Little Faint White Dots on Arms??

Just noticed this recently that I have some little white dots spread out on both of my arms. I have looked it up and can't find out what this could be from. Anyone else have this?

I know I should go to a Dermatologist. But wanted to see if anyone else has these. They are very faint and no one else would notice them at this point, but they bother me. Health issue?
