I've read so much and tried so many different vitamins that I'm wondering what all you ladies take daily. If you're comfortable with it, please list everything you take. I'll start with my list:
Multi vit. & min, Calcium with D, Fisol (Omega's), Hair, Skin, and Nails, B Complex, Vit. D (run low), Glucosamine/Condroiton, Resveratrol.
If you're comfortable with it, I'd love to see what you all are taking. I am a 67 year old woman so I don't take iron.
