Are you talking about Andrew Lessman's Night Time????

I love PM Relaxation! I just received a new order of it from ProCaps. I’ve used it for years and like it much better than his other sleep supplement.

@I am still oxox It may be my post you are referring to. I posted about Andrew Lessman's PM Relaxation.  I  have suffered from insomnia for years and nothing has worked. I take many Lessman vitamins so thought I would look there. The PM Relaxation sounded like just what I needed. I have been using them for about 2 weeks every night and I have had the best sleep ever! I take 2 about an hour before I go to sleep. I also listen to soft music to help me sleep. Before the PM Relaxation I would lay there and just listen until the music stopped. Now I barely make it to the second song! I highly recommend this product if you have trouble sleeping. It is non addictive and can be taken every night for the rest of your life if you need to.

We bought a memory foam mattress when we built this house 14 years ago.  My sciatica went away.  So if you are in the market for a new mattress you might give one a try.

I admire the DIY approach to life, but a post-surgery patient experiencing insomnia, depression, and anxiety suggests a consultation with a doctor is in order, rather than OTC product recommendations. Just a thought. The doc should at least be informed about these problems because they could affect healing and rehabilitation.

I am sorry you are struggling with this. I have a lot of sleep problems due to pain pand surgeries make it worse for a while. Do talk to your doctor and even research what is in any prescription meds you take. Certain reflux meds give me insomnia and I had to dig up their side effects list from the manufacturer to show my doctor to prove it! If you are on thyroid meds, for hypothyroidism, take the meds first thing in the morning. Take your B vitamins in the morning and limit caffeine. Don't nap.

Does it say what ingredients are in it? Some sleep supplements have receptors  in the gut, such as 5HTP or GABA. Both give me a headache as does Ltheanine. I sometimes use Ltryptophan but if one is on other medications, especially depression or anxiety meds, or pain meds, one needs to not use these. Taurine makes me relaxed with no side effects, it's just an amino acid. I find that some narcotic pain meds make me stay awake. It isn't uncommon for hydrocodiene to create insomnia due to being energizing in some people. Like me.Nucynta makes me sleepy but my insurance won't  pay for it. Perhaps 1 mg of melatonin before bed, stay with a low dose. I have a lot of pain at night and I am trying Deep Sleep by Herbal Medicine. It's just herbs [CA poppy, valerian, Passion flower, chamomile, lemon balm, oat, orange]. I've also been trying Wild Lettuce. Both from Amazon. Chamomile tea is available in the boxed tea aisle of almost all grocery stores. There is also a prescription med that is soporific to me called gabapentin. I take it at dinner time. I hope you find an answer!

We purchased a natural latex foam mattress from a natural mattress store and it's the first mattress I ever had that didn't out gas! It's wonderful.
