Hello,  anyone know if Q actually ships out his vitamins when you order from them? OR does it come from Andrew's facility??  Just wondering as I did order a online special of his Fish Oil here and things seem to be taking forever to actual ship out these days.  I never have this problem with HSN on his supplements.  It was a good deal and I need them.

I only order from HSN or Procaps.

You can call Procaps CS and they will tell you.  They are very helpful and chatty.

I only order from ProCaps Labs, his company. Get it faster. So, I have no idea. Check the tracking information and see if it comes out of Nevada or if it is one of HSN/QVC warehouses.

He has said many times that he doesn't store the product for a long time, usually just a few months, so they are very fresh. My last box of products from him, last week, it specifically mentioned "Time Sensitive Materials."Not sure how fresh it would be if it was stored in the warehouses of QVC/HSN.

When I order from ProCaps, it is thru DHL.

Speaking of Lessman and shipping .... I always thought his items had free shipping.  Lately, I've seen S&H charged on product both on QVC and HSN.    Is this new?

Cannot speak for QVC but HSN has free shipping around the time he has shows.  The products are also usually on special pricing..  It has been at least once a month lately and definitely worth ordering during those times.

Thanks I was just wondering if anyone had actually ordered from Q now that he's on here.  I did a online special they were having which was much cheaper at the time then HSN and had free shipping.  I did check his site directly and again it was much cheaper to order with Q for the fish oil I need.  

I can't trace anything as it is just stuck in process....I have had orders sit for 3wks or more that are in stock even so I hope I get it shipped soon and I do hope it comes from him directly.

I thought that he has a temperature controlled facility on the east coast where HSN ships from.  I thought he talked about it in the past.

When I order from HSN, supplements come from HSN with their packing. When I order from ProCaps, it comes from them with their packing. I used to order from ProCaps when my state didn't charge tax. Now they do.
