She said diet and exercise....nothing new or different.
To lose that amount of weight in a couple of months probably was helped by surgery. She sure does look wonderful!

Yes, Leah looks great but what did she look like before?? Horrible?? Um no. She's always looked nice. I just feel its rather shallow to comment how wonderful someone looks because they lost weight. It is just a kick in the pants to them when that person was a different size. I think women look fabulous no matter if they are thin or plus size. Ladies we are part of the problem, lets stick together.

Leah said she cut out a lot of her favorite foods and fried foods.
There is no magic to weight loss. Take in fewer calories than you burn and you will lose weight.
As far as some of the comments about Leah having surgery and having a "fast" weight loss. She has been working on it since the 1st of the year. Eventually, it would begin to show. In addition, she does some of the food shows and if she had surgery, she would be highly restricted in the quantity of what she could eat. I see no sign of Leah not eating any of what she is selling.
Look at Leah's photos when she first came to the Q. She was slender. She now is back to how she appeared back then. Brava to her!

I personally think there’s a very fine line between losing enough weight, and losing too much.

I agree!! I do think that many people who have lost substantial body weight show significant change in facial features!

Well of course they do. The face can take on a totally different look.
A couple weeks ago Leah was hosting PMS on Q2. She made the comment that she has reached her weightloss goal and fingers crossed, will stay at the weight she is now. She doesn't plan on losing anymore.

She looks wonderful, but I hope she doesn't lose any more, as it is starting to age her. I mean this as a compliment....

She is such a lovely woman.

I am watching gourmet holiday today 12-3-18 and Leah Williams is the incrediable shrinking woman.Soooo pretty!

I love Leah and have been watching her from the very beginning but I think she is scary skinny and continues to lose. I pray she’s not sick and that’s the reason for the fast weight loss.
