First of all, thank you, sfnative, for the "heads up" about laser treatment for knees. I did a search and the information does sound promising, and there is some good research behind studies to support it helping 92% of the people in one of the studies.

I need to study it more thoroughly, check into the availability in my area, and see if the costs fall within my insurance coverage.

For people with knee pain who have not heard about this, it does sound promising. I do need to research more to find out if it would help knees that are bone on bone and assist in the improvement of proper alignment for walking, etc. My knees have needed to be replaced for such a long time, that my back, hips, feet, and ankles are out of alignment.

I am very hopeful that I might be able to be a candidate for this treatment, since I am seem unable to get clearance to have surgery. Again, thank you, sfnative.
