@LilacTree Several years ago while attending a basketball game, one of the players fell on top of me....I limped out of the arena...a few days later noticed I was more than just a little bruised..saw several specialists..about a year later and after lots of physical therapy I could only lift my arm so high....they finally diagnosed it as Tos/Thoracic Outlet Syndrome...have they ruled that out? Please do not take this as me diagnosing your problem..just sharing...by the way a friend noticed the way I protected that shoulder....and referred me to her doctor in another state..went through a battery of tests and sure enough she was correct..if you are still doing PT..run it by her/him..see what they say? Praying you get full use of the shoulder back.

Oh wow, that must have hurt. You could have sued them for that injury and all you went through. I've never heard of Tos/Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and I've been to the ortho doc three times. I wouldn't expect the PT to know, but I do hope the doc would. I will check it out the next time I go. Thanks for the heads up.
They didn't do any surgery on me, the break wasn't bad enough for that, thankfully. I assume you didn't have it either. But you should have sued them.

@LilacTree There were no broken boned..the force of beinf slammed into by the player caused the nerve to be compressed. They don't compensate anthing for being injured at a game...check the fine print on the back of the tickets...thet are afraid to pick up the tab for the docs because that would be like they were at fault...the thing that ticked me off was my being asked to move to that seat..they did not want an empty seat on the floor..looks bad..
How are you feeling these days?

I went through with the Kyphoplasty procedure about 24 hours ago, still very tired. I do notice a difference for the better..it was much different than expected..they used conscious sedation. Praying for the pain to be completely gone.
Thanks so much for all of your advice and support.
