I am very interested in learning this self defense method.I am 50.I recently lost about 130 lbs.I walk every day and have arthritis in my hips and thumbs.Does anyone do Krav Maga and do I need to be in great shape before I learn?I want to learn to defend myself AND get into good shape at the same time. Any thoughts ,comments,etc will be greatly appreciated!!!Smile
